When you order a ready-to-ship rosary or submit a custom request, you may share your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, notes, a prayer intention, and—if you later send one—a photograph for a photo pendant or locket. You can also reach me at [email protected] or by Instagram DM.

I use those details to fill the order, reply, make a custom rosary or pin if we go ahead, and ship it.

Form and email messages are handled in Gmail. Instagram DMs stay in Instagram. USA ready-to-ship card payments are processed by Moneris. Canadian ready-to-ship pieces and custom work in Canada are paid by Interac e-Transfer through your bank; I only see what I need to match the payment to your order. USA custom work is paid by card after I confirm the total.

This site sets a short-lived session cookie so the request and checkout forms can be submitted securely. I do not add advertising or analytics cookies.

I do not sell this information. Prayer intentions are private and are used only to pray while I make your piece. Custom photographs are used to make the pendant or locket. I do not post your photo unless you ask me to.

I keep order details while I am making and sending your piece, and I keep a simple record of completed orders so I can run the shop. If you want a detail updated or removed, write to [email protected] or message @heavenlyrosaries on Instagram from the same place you contacted me.
