Shipping & returns

I ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping is $20 to Canada and $30 to the USA. Timing is confirmed when I write you after a paid shop order or a custom request.

Ready-to-ship pieces to Canada are paid by Interac e-Transfer. Ready-to-ship pieces to the USA are paid by card on the listing. The total includes 13% HST on the rosary and shipping. Custom rosaries and pins are paid after we confirm the piece and the final details — Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or card for the USA.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards. For custom orders, please review all selections and details carefully before submitting your order, as personalized pieces cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
